As part of our quality commitment to you, we guarantee that all childcarers will have been personally interviewed by our Director (either in person or via Skype/Facetime, depending on the location and availability of nanny), ensuring that only the very best candidates make it through this initial stage of registration.

Once candidates pass this initial interview, a thorough vetting procedure is then undertaken, before any candidate is finally accepted onto our register of childcarers. This procedure includes rigorous identity checking, qualification documentation checks and of course in depth checking of references. All candidates will be in possession of a full enhanced DBS (previously called CRB) check. A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check provides details of an individual’s criminal record to help in recruitment of suitable staff. When the DBS check is complete, candidates receive a DBS certificate. The Enhanced DBS check is the highest level of criminal record check and is available for those working in Regulated Activity with children. In addition to this extensive security checking, all our registered childcarers will also hold a Paediatric First aid qualification.

During the time that the candidate remains in your employ, we will also keep in close contact with both you and the candidate and will arrange for follow up contact in line with the level of service package purchased. Depending on the package purchased, we will also ensure that all first aid qualifications are updated on a regular basis at no additional cost to yourself.
